Karpalo was also awarded with ”Excellence in Customer Relations” certificate. What does this mean?
This award is given to agencies that demonstrate high levels of client satisfaction and referral value (financial considerations were not a factor in this award), and here at Karpalo we’re more than excited that our hard work and dedication has now been officially recognised.
What were the competition criteria?
The survey is based on the concept of the Swedish consultancy company Regi Research & Strategi. The survey provides an annual insight into client satisfaction among businesses buying marketing, advertising and communication services from different agencies, and it also sheds light on the criteria that influence the client’s choice of agency and general trends in the marketing industry.
Entering the final was a source of great pride as the nominees and winners were chosen on the basis of client satisfaction as well as business and financial criteria. Client satisfaction was scored on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest.
